LevelOne, the German-based manufacturer of quality networking products, has today announced a partnership with Radi International. The two companies are currently engaged on a project supplying switches to a major telephony and internet provider as part of Taiwan’s fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) roll-out.

Spokesperson for LevelOne, Elly Lin, said “LevelOne has been providing network switches for a very large-scale fibre optic installation project, through distributor Radi International Corporation. The first time we worked together was through Radi’s cooperative reseller Chinten Co. ltd, supplying edge switches for the FTTH project, and I think it has been a real success story for both companies. We will now move forward together in Taiwan and keep looking for new opportunities.”

Radi International Corporation has been operating in Taiwan since 2002, distributing quality commercial television and digital signage solutions. Managing Director of Radi, Allen Hsu, said: “The partnership with LevelOne will expand Radi International’s range of solutions, growing on our success in providing and distributing commercial solutions.”

LevelOne Marketing Director Troy Chen said, “we are a very innovative company, constantly expanding our range and designing new technology to meet the demands of high-tech customers. Our association with Radi International has begun  very strongly, and there’s huge scope in Taiwan for our two companies to continue to grow together.”

LevelOne manufactures a large range of high-quality products, specialising in consumer and SMB networking devices as well as media streaming, KVM, network cameras and digital signage solutions.

Through their partnership with Chinten Co Ltd , Radi International has been deploying LevelOne’s FWS-0811 Fast Ethernet switch, which offers speeds of up to 100 Mbps for each of its 8 ports.

Troy said: “The switch is a cost-effective and reliable means of setting up a LAN, or connecting additional devices like network security cameras or NAS to an existing network.”
